Garantieperiode

MOZCAN provides a 3-month warranty on all used broadcast equipment, calculated from the invoice date. This warranty applies to all sold used products unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description or invoice.

Wat is gedekt?

The warranty covers defects that manifest during normal professional use and that were not present at delivery:

• Elektrische of elektronische defecten aan interne componenten
• Storingen die niet vermeld werden bij de productbeschrijving
• Afwijkingen van de beschreven conditie en specificaties

Wat is niet gedekt?

• Schade door onjuist gebruik, vallen, vocht of externe invloeden
• Normale slijtage die kenmerkend is voor tweedehands apparatuur
• Defecten die vermeld staan in de productomschrijving of getoond zijn op foto's
• Schade veroorzaakt door aanpassingen of reparaties door derden
• EOL spare parts — deze worden verkocht 'as is' gezien hun aard als eindgelopen componenten

Hoe een garantieclaim indienen?

Neem contact op via e-mail (m@ozcan.be) of WhatsApp (+32 456 122 365) met:

• Factuurnummer en aankoopdatum
• Beschrijving van het probleem
• Foto's of video van het defect indien mogelijk

We respond within 2 business days. After assessment we offer repair, replacement or refund — depending on the case.

Retourzending

Products must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the defect is clearly attributable to MOZCAN. Always contact us first for a return authorization — never send items back without prior discussion.
