2. What data do we collect?

MOZCAN only processes personal data that you provide yourself, exclusively in the context of a commercial relationship:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Company name and VAT number (for business customers)
• Delivery address
• Messages via the contact form or email

3. Why do we process your data?

• Execution of an agreement or responding to a request
• Invoicing and accounting (legal obligation)
• Shipping of ordered goods

4. Retention period

Personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the execution of the agreement and the legal retention obligation (7 years for invoices under Belgian accounting law). Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

5. Third parties

MOZCAN does not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with carriers (for delivery) and Formspree (contact form processor, US — adequacy decision). MOZCAN never sells personal data.

6. Your rights
